Terms of Service

The Service provides Reyes Energy's customers, vendors, carriers, and staff with online tools to view accounts, request and schedule services, view service documents and invoices, and make payments. Features and offerings may change over time.

Access to the portal requires an account that we provide. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or legal risk.

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or for any unauthorized purpose;
• access accounts or data that are not yours;
• interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt to breach the security of the Service; or
• reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Service.

You will provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Charges for services are billed to your account. Online payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe); by submitting a payment you authorize that charge. Amounts due are payable under the terms shown on your invoice.

The Service integrates with third parties such as Stripe (payments) and Intuit QuickBooks (accounting). Your use of features that rely on those services may also be subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

The Service, including its content, design, and software, is owned by Reyes Energy or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your business dealings with Reyes Energy. Your own account and service data remain yours.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reyes Energy will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim or one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or as needed to protect the Service or comply with law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date; your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
